Manage and evolve a complex global product portfolio

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and lifecycle management of the Grid Solutions portfolio. You will align commercial, technical, and operational perspectives to ensure well-founded portfolio decisions, while maintaining a clear roadmap and prioritisation across initiatives.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Define and implement portfolio strategy and lifecycle management processes
• Maintain and prioritise a commercially viable product roadmap
• Gather and translate market and customer insights into product initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across commercial, technology, marketing, and operations
• Evaluate business cases, including financials, risks, and implementation plans

You will manage a team of product managers and report to the Sr. Director Strategy, PMO and Business Excellence. The role is hybrid and includes approximately 40 days of international travel per year, mainly within Europe.

Strategic and collaborative professional in complex environments

You are a structured and analytical person who enjoys working with both strategic perspectives and practical execution. You collaborate well across functions and cultures, and you are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments. You approach challenges with a balanced mindset, considering both long-term direction and immediate business needs. Your communication style is clear, and you are able to build alignment across diverse groups.

You also have:

• A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles within product or portfolio management
• Experience from HV cables or related infrastructure industries
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
• Advantageous: Advanced training such as MBA or similar
