Global cash management and treasury transformation role

The Group Treasury team is looking for a Senior Treasury Specialist to take a central role in developing and implementing global cash management solutions within an international organization. This position offers a broad scope across liquidity management, banking structures, and treasury initiatives, working closely with colleagues across Finance, Tax, Legal, and IT. The role combines operational responsibility with project-based work in a global environment. Are you motivated by complex treasury topics and international collaboration?

Coordinate global cash management and treasury initiatives

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing global cash management structures across multiple countries, systems, and currencies. You will act as a project organizer for key treasury initiatives focused on liquidity optimization, bank structures, and process improvements. The position includes close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external banking partners, ensuring compliant, efficient, and transparent treasury operations.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Design and implement global cash management and liquidity structures.
  • Coordinate treasury-related projects such as bank rationalization and cash pooling.
  • Improve automation and transparency within cash visibility, forecasting, and payments.
  • Manage relationships with international banking partners, including pricing and service reviews.
  • Support trade finance activities, including guarantees, letters of credit, and financing structures.

You will report to the VP, Head of Group Treasury & Risk Management and work as part of the Group Treasury function. The role is based in Kaunas, with a hybrid working model.

Experienced treasury professional with international mindset

You are structured, methodical, and comfortable navigating complexity in an international setting. You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and approach topics with attention and precision. You enjoy working on both operational tasks and longer-term initiatives and are comfortable leading responsibilities within your area while collaborating closely with others.

You also have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate treasury within an international environment.
  • Experience with global cash management structures and liquidity planning.
  • Practical knowledge of banking structures and treasury systems.
  • Experience with trade finance products such as guarantees or letters of credit.

Salary range for this position is from 4200 Eur to 5000 Eur Gross.
