Ensuring high quality delivery in AR and banking operations


In this role, you will lead a team of accounting professionals responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and compliant Accounts Receivable and banking operations for NKT Group companies. You will coach and organize a team handling changing requirements, ensuring internal controls and contributing to both process improvements and larger transformation initiatives. You will serve as a key operational partner to internal stakeholders and support the transition of banking processes.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Supervise and oversee daily AR accounting and banking operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Support, organize, and develop the team, ensuring professional growth and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain and enforce robust accounting controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, preparing high quality financial and management reports.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to upcoming SAP transformation projects.

You will report to the SSC Director and work closely with internal stakeholders globally. The role is based in Kaunas with a hybrid work model.

You also have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the field, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets.
  • Solid understanding of international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Experience with SAP would be advantage.

Salary range for this position is from 4000 Eur to 4800 Eur Gross.
