Optimize and lead production logistics operations

As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing logistics operations in our production warehouse and on our production site.  You will lead a team focused on optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the growth of the cable industry. Your role will be central to maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and environmental practices while ensuring continuous improvement.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Oversee warehouse and goods reception for production materials

• Manage the shipping department and ensure timely deliveries

• Develop logistics operations aligned with industry growth

• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards

• Lead staff development, recruitment, and budget management

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Management and be based in Karlskrona, Sweden. Occasional travel may be required.

Experienced logistics leader with a focus on improvement

You are an inspiring leader who thrives in growth-oriented settings. You bring a positive mindset to challenges and are skilled at setting clear goals and expectations. You value continuous development and enjoy contributing to strategic decisions. Your interest in technology and structured thinking makes you an adept partner in cross-functional discussions.

You also have:

• Secondary education, technical; university degree in logistics is a plus

• Several years of experience leading logistics teams in manufacturing

• Extensive knowledge of Lean and 5S principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a merit

• Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written

• Experience with systematic work environment management (SAM)
